I went floating tonight @floathousefortlangley and OH! MY! GOODNESS!!!!!! It was incredible. My biggest concern was how loooooooong the 90 mins was going to feel; and if my thoughts would be all over the place. The time absolutely flew by and I was so surprised when the exit music started playing. It was completely relaxing for both my mind and body.
