I went for a second float tonight at the @floathousefortlangley . It was just as incredible as the first time. I was nervous that the relaxation that I felt the first time was a placebo effect…..but nope….those 90 mins are like a reset for my body and mind. Once again, I focused on my breathing, greeted thoughts as they came and allowed them to float past. It’s an incredible experience and if you’ve been thinking about going…….JUST DO IT….or if you’re local and nervous, I’d go with you (different tanks). #floating #sensorydeprivation #floattank #reset #relaxation #mindandbodyrelaxation #epsonsalt #sochill

“Be Fearless”. We are all marked in one way or another. Some of us have visible markings and others have invisible ones. I remember the first time I saw someone with Vitiligo and I was struck by how absolutely beautiful she looked. We were wandering the aisles of Walmart. My kids, being kids, asked why she looked like that and I responded by saying, “isn’t she beautiful. Her skin is as beautiful as lace.” We smiled and passed in the aisle. In the next aisle down, she stopped me, thanked me and said that was probably the nicest thing a stranger had ever said to her.
