Self Care……what does it look like for you? Here’s one of things that I do! Most days, I try to get to my kids school half an hour early for some “me time.” Some days I sit and surf on my phone. Some days I knit or crochet. Some days I make lists or catch up on planning. Every day is different depending on what I need and want, but it’s a small time that I set aside for me.
