Hey! It’s Patti here! How are you doing? I’m okay. I feel a crying jag brewing. Been feeling like this for the past few days. Not because I’m depressed or panicking but I can feel the emotions rising and I know that I’ll need a big release soon. I keep reaching for the creative outlets like writing, painting, baking, sewing and singing but sometimes even they feel like too much effort. It’s okay to feel whatever you’re feeling. But if it’s contributing to a downward spiral then take measures to do healthy things. Things like going for a walk or FaceTiming a loved one. Or journaling or doing something creative or something that brings you joy! I’ll be sharing some things that bring me joy and I’d love to see things that bring you joy.
