One thing I learned during cancer isolation was to get up and get on with your day. I found that if I spent the entire day in my pyjamas, that I slobbed around the house, felt like a slug and pretty much got nothing accomplished. For me, it’s way better to “get up, get ready and get going”. I’ll be honest, I don’t always do what I know is best, but if you’re feeling out of routine and uncertain of what to do next….then “get up, get ready and get going.” For me this means, doing hair and make up and getting dressed. Once I do that, it’s so much easier to accomplish what I want to accomplish. Having said that, I’m still having a cup of coffee, in my pyjamas, while sitting on the couch, contemplating what wild and crazy things that I’m going to do in my house today. #sharethejoy2020 #peace #getupgetreadygetgoing #wevegotthis #langleybc #covid_19
