Yo Help a Girl Out!

My Kitchen is in horrific need of a cleaning and it appears that I am the only one capable of getting that job done right now.

But, Here is where you could help me out…..

What are your favorite TV series? I’m looking for some new (to me) ones to check out….and please don’t say Jersey Shore – you can just keep that your little secret.

Are you local (to me) and do you have an amazing dentist? We need someone and I don’t know where to start looking?

What are your plans for Valentine’s Day? It’s not just for lovers, but for kids or friends or family…..it’s a day to show love! In my mind anyway!!!

Alrighty, hit me with your thoughts and I’ll catch you later…..

  1. TV? Castle, Big Bang Theory, Modern Family, Cougar Town (for feel guilty for laughing humor) and the new Hawaii 50 and NCIS LA are both better than I thought they would be.

Dentist – no idea for down there, but up here we have an INCREDIBLE pediatric dentist. Who would think ๐Ÿ™‚

Valentine’s Day – for us is usually a “kids” holiday. We celebrate by doing a Pink Supper. Everything we eat is pink or red. You have to be ok with your kids consuming a fair amount of red food coloring though ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. hey patti

just an idea how about high tea. everyone dresses up and have high tea and high tea snacks shape of a heart. your mom an ddad used to do it with grandkids. just one hour dress up and china cups and saucer. if not dressup maybe dresslike the 1950’s. can be costume dress up.
    including
maybe dance floor almost like waltz dance or something with love songs.
after that down time – rent a dvd movie family movie.

in high tea each person gets a letter from each individual saying why they love them and what they see as loveable in the other. a letter from everyone comments. a letter they can keep for rest of their life. then they will always remember this is not ordinary valentine’s day but somethng so fun. hopefully you have video camera to tape it. each member of family gets valentines card from everyone – can be home made.

red jello, red juice, red dyed eggs, red peppers, strawberries, tomatoe soup. trying to think of red food. red light bulbs for dance time just a short 15 minutes dance time. maybe have sushi finger food. no cooking required. end of the day everyone gets a hug.

hope this helps give you some idea. heart shape cake or heart shape pancakes or heart shape french toast. heart shape sandwich etc

  4. We just starting going to Allard dentist. They are great and only just up the road. In the same complex as Panago Pizza.

  5. Hi. We just moved to Walnut Grove a year ago and have had good luck with Dr. Wong at Forest Hills Dental Center (right by Pharmasave). Both my girls (8 and 10) and DH really like all the people that work there. If you need an orthodontist I highly recommend Dr. Standerwick at Transformation Orthodontics (over by Shoppers Drug Mart). We lucked into him after trying a couple of other, much more expensive places first.

  6. Dentist, I go to one in Vancouver. TV series, Extreme Makeover Home Edition, Valentines day, It is mine and Syd’s 13th wedding anniversary. We are going to the Keg.
