Outside on my deck, listening to a crow caw. It’s lovely! ?I’ve had a brutal couple of days, anxiety wise. It’s like the never ending panic attack. So I’m booked in for a float at 5pm. Hoping the sensory deprivation will help me to settle. Mental Health issues SUCK! I can rationalize all I want. Pray. Create. Breathe.
