I decided at the end of January that I wanted to be healthier and stronger. I’ve had an on-again/off-again relationship with running since I was a teen. In January I started walking. I’ve progressed to a walk/run and today I ran for 15 minutes straight. With a lot of internal anxiety and trepidation, I’ve signed up for a 5k run in July. Tonight’s run was one more step on my journey to get healthier and stronger. I know that I’ll look back and see where I’ve come from. I’m excited to see what I can do today; and I’m looking forward to where I’m going. #dontgiveup #running #5km #ican #healthyandstrong
