Sitting in the sunshine on my back steps. Hoping the sun will make me magically feel better. It’s been a tough day. Lots of anxiety, that I would typically be able to shrug off or at the very least ignore. But today it all feels overwhelming and I just want to run away and hide. Even though it sucks, I’ve made it through. I got up. Got dressed. Ate. Fed my children. I watered my garden. Kept my appointment. I made it through. Some times, the day ahead may seem miserable, endless and difficult……but the sun will always return.
