Do You Think….

Do you think you are beautiful (or handsome, if you happen to be a guy)?

If you wouldn’t mind sharing, why or why not?

I’ll explain more about this in a bit.

  1. no, i am not beautiful inside cause everyone put me down or criticize me and not accept me as who i am. people compare me to other people and expect me to be like them. i know because someone told me what other people say about me behind my back. only to God i am beautiful but to human beings i am not.

  2. To just look at me i’m not beautiful…but when i smile my inner beauty explodes….so I love to smile a lot! Bless you guys….merry christmas!

  3. I think I’m Beautiful on the inside and the outside. Really I think everyone has inner beauty. It doesn’t matter who they at least have a little. Love, Live, Laugh, Learn, Lend, Lots, Little. Think of happy words that start with one letter. Don’t Know Why.

  4. Hi Patti Beautiful???? That is a pretty strong word,I have never considered myself as beautiful in fact when I look at some pictures of myself I wish they had not been taken ,yet looking back at them some years later I think they were not so bad after all. I think how we are feeling on the inside ,as some have already said, affects how we look on the outside. I like your girls response. I feel sad at how you are feeling right now and wish I were closer to help. Praying lots for you and Geli too Love Grandma

  5. I have never thought I was beautiful… but…. I have always thought that who you are inside is what really counts. I think that God has worked on the inside over the years and I like who I am inside now… even if I don’t care very much about the pictures that are taken of me. I think that happiness and peace are our choices and if we choose them we will feel better about ourselves.

  6. Ah beauty… I tend to look at beauty the same way Elizabeth Kubler Ross did: “People are like stained glass windows, they sparkle and shine when the sun is out but their true beauty is only revealed when they are lit from within.”

On a day to day basis I don’t think I rock beautiful but I have some photos – of my wedding, of when Maisie was born – that I think I’m beautiful in.
