We’ve just received a phone call from our Family Dr.
We took Angelica into the Drs today as she was not getting better within the 24-48 hour window that the antibiotics should have helped with.
He sent her for blood tests and called us about 20 minutes ago saying that we needed to take her into Children’s Hospital right away, TONIGHT, as it looks like she has Leukemia.
Please Pray!
We are upset and don’t really have any answers and in reality don’t really know what questions to even ask.
We’re hoping we’ll find out more tonight.
Praying for her, Patti. Sending you lots of love and hugs and many, many prayers for speedy healing, knowing and caring doctors and nurses, and protection.

Hi patty! We will be praying for guidance and wisdom. You can ask for a social worker to help you understand what is going on and help you with what questions to ask. each department at the hospital has one and they are invaluable.
If you guys get a rm and there is a white board, use it to write down all the info as it will feel like you are being shot at from all sides with information. also, get someone to pick up a journal for you to help keep track of info/who gives you the info, instructions, and doctors numbers. This will be invaluable. I have some amazing neighbors who are deeply involved in Childrens cancer support groups and research initiatives. When the time is right, they may be an awesome support for you and the family. They have been through so much, their son had a different type of cancer but they are very well connected. How long will you Guys be in Childrens for? Lots of love and hugs and we are here if you need anything!

Patti, I’m praying for you,Jon and the kids, that the Lord fills you with peace, strength and trust in Him. He is our strength and you can trust in him and he will deliver. I believe that Angelica will be healed by the mighty power of God as a testament to His glory. I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that the Lord covers her with his cleansing blood and delivers Angelica from this sickness, I ask in the name of Jesus that He surrounds your family with his love and strength. Lord I ask that you minister to Angelica and heal her body and that you surround her with your holy spirit, i ask Lord that you protect her with a hedge of thorns and a wall of fire, i ask that you keep your hand upon her and keep her safe. Let your Holy Spirit come upon her right now in the name of Jesus and heal her. For the Lord has not given us a spirit of fear but of love, power and a sound mind, and Lord I ask right now that you show your glory and work a miracle in her life for your glory, in the powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

woke up very early this morning which is very unusual and looked at the clock 5 am i said God, am i suppose to be praying for someone? then i looked in face book and your blog, So it was all of you that i am suppose to be praying. i am praying for you right now and the family.
