Do you know how long it takes for a large load of laundry to hang dry?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Too long. Too! Damn! Long!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our dryer stopped heating on Saturday and as of today – we\u2019ve made it through our most beloved clothing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don\u2019t have favorite clothing, then you might be Neuro-Typical! Our family is full of incredible neuro-divergent people and the \u201csoft\u201d clothes are the best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last load I did had jeans and towels in it and let me tell you\u2026..jeans and towels dry much faster in the dryer. They even dry much faster on a line, in the sun or wind. They take more than 3 days when it\u2019s kind of grey and \u201cblah\u201d and you hang them indoors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, today I washed the \u201csoft\u201d clothes and have hung them beside the fire. Only the best for our favorite clothes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PS. I\u2019m really hoping that the heating coil arrives soon!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PPS. Our towels feel like sand paper. It\u2019s EPIC! You shower and then exfoliate. It\u2019s a win. Fortunately my kids have good memories of crunchy towels as I used to line dry everything when they were little and I had boundless energy and optimism!<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
