I found that if I spent the entire day in my pyjamas, that I slobbed around the house, felt like a slug and pretty much got nothing accomplished.  For me, it\u2019s way better to \u201cget up, get ready and get going\u201d. I\u2019ll be honest, I don\u2019t always do what I know is best, but if you\u2019re feeling out of routine and uncertain of what to do next&#8230;.then \u201cget up, get ready and get going.\u201d For me  this means, doing hair and make up and getting dressed.  Once I do that, it\u2019s so much easier to accomplish what I want to accomplish.
