I had been hoping for a book on diversity and inclusion in the workplace specifically focused on neurodiversity.  This book wasn\u2019t that.  But it was a super easy read about creating a work environment whete people feel comfortable and confident enough to share their thoughts and ideas and even their concerns without any fear of repercussion.
