How do you handle it when your plans get derailed?<\/p>\n
I’m typically a “roll with it” person. But when I have a migraine everything grinds to a screeching halt.<\/p>\n
I did manage to take a migraine med and get in for a massage and I’m feeling okay right now. Not great but I don’t feel like I’m going to puke….so that’s a win.<\/p>\n
Hey! On the positive, I have my list ready for tomorrow, right?<\/p>\n
