I\u2019ve had an on-again\/off-again relationship with running since I was a teen. In January I started walking.  I\u2019ve progressed to a walk\/run and today I ran for 15 minutes straight. With a lot of internal anxiety and trepidation, I\u2019ve signed up for a 5k run in July. Tonight\u2019s run was one more step on my journey to get healthier and stronger.  I know that I\u2019ll look back and see where I\u2019ve come from.
