I said yes and then freaked out.  All my insecurities started screaming at me.  Shame said, \u201cWho are you kidding? You\u2019re not an artist!\u201d Fear said, \u201cWhat if&#8230;..what if it doesn\u2019t turn out? What if they don\u2019t like it?  What if you can\u2019t do it?  What if you fail?\u201d And my heart said, \u201cJust do it.  Try!  You might not be perfect, but you don\u2019t have to be. Perfection is not the goal.  Creating a feeling, is!  Creating the opportunity to hold an emotion, is!  And so I did it.  Every piece I do is better than the last&#8230;..if my art speaks to you in some way&#8230;..it\u2019s fulfilled its purpose.
