It was just as incredible as the first time. I was nervous that the relaxation that I felt the first time was a placebo effect&#8230;..but nope&#8230;.those 90 mins are like a reset for my body and mind.  Once again, I focused on my breathing, greeted thoughts as they came and allowed them to float past.
