Got dressed (even in a dress and tights), did my hair and make up&#8230;..grabbed a coffee, sat on the couch and thought, \u201cI just can\u2019t do this!\u201dSo I didn\u2019t.  I didn\u2019t force Judah to go to school.  I didn\u2019t encourage him to go.  I didn\u2019t cajole him, either.  I opted out of all the things.  I cried a little.  Had some more coffee.  Fed my boys and then kicked them down to the basement to play video games (all day, if they want)&#8230;..and then I sat&#8230;.until I felt ready.  I set two goals 1. Clean the Kitchen and 2. Don\u2019t spend all day crying.  That\u2019s it.  I\u2019ve almost accomplished number 1.  I\u2019ve rocked number two. And by taking the pressure off myself, even for a moment&#8230;..I\u2019ve managed to accomplish a few more things that I hadn\u2019t planned on. I even fed my kids lunch, as opposed to having them forage.  I\u2019m sitting again.
