So, all of Jon’s talk about Geli starting Chemo tomorrow. HAH!<\/p>\n
We got her bloodwork done at the lab out here by our house and found out this afternoon that her counts…….LOOOOOOOW!<\/p>\n
Like Really low…Like Crazy low….<\/p>\n
Like Postponing Chemo for a week low.<\/p>\n
Oh well, it means that she has another week to relax and heal and recuperate and that’s okay.<\/p>\n
And….it gives us from December 23rd all the way past New Years off – with no chemo. So that’s a bonus, eh?<\/p>\n
We’re praying that her counts come up quite significantly over this next week and that she’ll have an amazing week at home, with no infections of any kind.<\/p>\n
I should have some more exciting things to post about tomorrow, but right now….(9pm) I’m going to bed…I’m really tired. Like really, REALLY tired. Like I could sleep for a week tired. Heck, probably a month tired. and yet…..if I’m really lucky, the baby will sleep ’till 2 or 3am. More likely, I’m looking at a midnight wake up call. Oh well.<\/p>\n
