It’s okay to feel exhausted even if you’ve not done anything that you feel should be exhausting. Mentally and emotionally, this is a very challenging time and it’s okay to do “less than” normal. The best advice I can give is to move daily, eat something healthy, find something to make you laugh and something to be thankful for.
